Education is important and full disclosure to you by the contractor you hire is the law. We have a Multi-step process that is ALL in writting. From our initial estimate meeting to the completion of your project, we will put it all in writting.

  1. Design your plans and provide 3D views. once approved, we design the plans to pull permits.
  2. We provide a written Scope of Work that details every aspect of the work.
  3. Provide a Daily Schedule and Timeline before we start the project so you will know from start to finish what we will be doing every day on your project
  4. Provide a Payment Schedule that breaks down your project into phases so you know exactly what your movey is being applied to and when.
  5. Provide FREE Design services to accomplish the Renovation or New Construction project of your dreams. we will go shopping with you to help with your selections and guidance in the choices you make.
